Shipping Policy
Our shipping and packing fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item. Items are prepared for shipment in our store, and include first-quality materials and professional packing services. Our packing fees are designed to cover these costs. Buyer pays all fees, which are based on zip code and weight. For items over 2 lbs., we recommend shipping via FedEx Ground. For items under 2 lbs. we recommend shipping via USPS Priority Mail. Merchandise will ship within 3 - 5 business days of payment confirmation.
LOCAL PICK-UP : All local pick-ups will be charged state sales tax + a handling fee.
We do shipping internationally. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Return Policy
All items sold AS IS. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not as described in the auction. Buyer must contact us at 602-324-5500 / 1-800-317-7202 to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
