What is your Shipping Policy?
(1) All orders will be shipped within 2 to 5 working days. Please allow another 2 to 5 working days for delivery by the shipping carrier.

(2) We normally use the USPS's Priority Mail or FedEx's ground service within USA. However, extremely large items such as artificial trees may require the use of a trucking company.

(3) Please note, unless you have asked for a delivery against your signature, we are not responsible for the following situation that is the US post office's tracking record showed your parcel was delivered but you did not receive the parcel. In this case, the parcel might be stolen in front of your door or in your mail box after it had been delivered. We are sorry we can not take the responsibility for this. If you want to avoid this situation, please ask for a Signature Required shipping service with an extra charge of $1.85.

(4) Shipping charge is calculated according to either the actual weight or dimentional weight, which ever is greater by the shipping carriers' Real Time Shipping Calculator.

(5) We combine shipping to save you money. And since many of our items are small and light in weight, ordering extra items may only require a small additional charge or no additional charge at all.

(6) All international shipping is subject to a $10 special handling charge per shipment due to the extra work on filing US customs documentation.

(7) All international shipping must be made by a traceable shipping service, such as the Global Express Service (EMS) by the post office. Otherwise the non-delivery risks will be on the buyers. Further more, since each country has its own regulation about the maximum size of a package, and the shipping charge of a large package is calculated by dimentional weight instead of by actual weight, please confirm with us before you place an order from out of USA.

(8) We strive to fill every order we receive, but occasionally some items may go out of stock before we are able to update the inventory. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock, we will notify you by email and refund your money immediately.

What is your Return Policy?
We offer a money back guarantee on all our products. Our maximum liability will be to refund the selling price of the product on our online store, less shipping and handling costs. Here's how:

(1) Defective merchandise: Please email or call us within 7 days after you received the merchandise to obtain an authorization code. Please write down this code on the outside of the shipping carton and send it back to us. We will ship a new replacement to you immediately upon receiving the defective merchandise. Or we will send you a refund immediately if a replacement is unavailable.

(2) For non-defective merchandise: Returns will also be accepted within 7 days after you received the merchandise. Sorry the shipping & handling costs are not refundable. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all refunds of non-defective products. Please email or call us for obtaining a return authorization code before returning.
